How to launch your school athletics website in minutes
Parents should not have to reverse-engineer your Instagram grid to find next week’s games. A high school athletics website is the bookmarkable home for schedules, sports, and who to contact. ScoreIt includes one on every plan.
What you get
Each school can publish a public site at a ScoreIt URL like yourschool.schools.scoreitathletics.com. Visitors get:
- A home page with upcoming games and your sports
- A filterable schedule (date, sport, opponent, home/away, location, tickets link)
- Sports grouped by fall, winter, and spring, with team pages
- An about page for mission, athletic director, facilities, and contact
- Your colors, logo, and social links

Publish from the app
Sign in at app.scoreitathletics.com and open Website Settings.
1. Turn the site on. Publishing is a toggle. Until you enable it, the public site stays off.
2. Set your URL slug. That’s the school name in yourschool.schools.scoreitathletics.com.
3. Brand it. Primary and secondary colors, logo, and an optional hero photo.
4. Add contact and social. Email, phone, address, plus Instagram, X, Facebook, and YouTube if you use them.
5. Choose your sports. Pick from the catalog so programs show by season with team pages.
6. Write a short about section. Mission, description, athletic director, facilities.
7. Tickets (optional). A tickets URL can appear with games on the schedule.
Schedule data comes from the same events you manage in ScoreIt. Update games on the Schedule page; they show on the public site when they’re visible.
Preview before you share the link. Then put the URL in your social bios, Friday announcements, and parent emails.
Custom domain and white-label (Pro)
On Pro you can connect a URL you already own — for example athletics.yourschool.edu — instead of the ScoreIt subdomain. Pro also removes ScoreIt branding so the site reads as your program.

Why this is faster than a district CMS
You don’t need a webmaster or a desktop-only editor. Branding and sports live in one form. The site is mobile-first because that’s how families actually check “what time is JV?”
Pair the site with consistent game graphics for social, and you have both reach and a source of truth.
