Account information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and school name. We also store your school affiliation and administrator role within our systems.

School and website content

If you are a school administrator, you may provide information about your athletics program, including school name, mascot, team names, schedules and events, contact information (email, phone, address), social media links, branding assets (logos, colors, images), and descriptive content for your public athletics website.

Graphic creation data

When you use our graphic tools, we process the information you enter or upload, such as athlete names, opponent names, scores, sport details, team colors, logos, and photos. If you use background removal or AI graphic features, uploaded images and text prompts may be sent to third-party providers to process your request.

Billing information

If you subscribe to ScoreIt Pro, we store your subscription status and billing period information. Sensitive payment details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by ScoreIt.

Usage information

We collect information about how you use the Service, including graphic download counts, AI generation usage, and feature interactions. We also use analytics tools that may collect information such as pages visited, browser type, device type, and general location derived from your IP address.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

• To enforce usage limits on free and Pro plans (such as monthly download and AI generation caps).

3. Information Sharing

• Public athletics websites. Information you choose to publish through your school's athletics website (such as schedules, team pages, and contact details) is publicly accessible to anyone who visits that site.
• School administrators. Account and school data may be accessible to authorized administrators within your school's ScoreIt account.
• Service providers. We share information with vendors who help us operate the Service (such as hosting, payments, and analytics) as needed to provide it.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of ScoreIt, our users, or others.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain it for legal, billing, or legitimate business purposes.

• You can manage or cancel your Pro subscription through the billing portal in Settings or by contacting us.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below.
• You can opt out of non-essential analytics cookies through your browser settings.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is designed for high school athletics programs and is intended to be used by school staff and administrators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
