Introduction

By accessing or using the ScoreIt mobile application (the “App”), you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App


  • The App is intended solely for the purpose of sharing high school athletics updates, scores, and related events. Users agree to use the App in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and school policies.


2. User Content


  • Admins are solely responsible for all content they submit, post, or transmit via the App (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that such content does not violate any law or infringe any third-party rights. The App reserves the right, but is not obligated, to remove or disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.


3. Privacy


  • Collection and use of personal information is governed by the App’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.


4. Intellectual Property


  • All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, and logos, are owned by ScoreIt. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.


5. Disclaimer of Warranties


  • The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. ScoreIt disclaims all warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.


6. Limitation of Liability


  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoreIt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.


7. Modification of Terms


  • ScoreIt reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of such modifications.


8. Governing Law


  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
